Personal Consultation
Make an appointment for a
personal consultation by phone with Dr. Rutner. All telephone consultations are
completely confidential and private. Consultations are arranged in advance by
appointment. Weekend and evening appointments are available.
You may book your appointment by completing
the following registration form and indicating preferred appointment times and
method of payment. Your registration will be promptly processed and you will be
contacted by e-mail to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
Payment for a personal consultation by phone
with Dr. Rutner is based on a fee of US$100 per 1/2 hour. Multiple 1/2 hour
sessions may be booked. At the time of your appointment you may place a toll
call to him on his private line where he will be expecting your call.
