About Santa Clara
With roughly 126,000 residents, Santa Clara is the ninth-largest city in the San Francisco Bay Area. It sits between San Jose and Sunnyvale and shares its name with its county, Santa Clara County. The city dates back to the late 18th century and is named after Mission Santa Clara de Asis, the eighth mission in California.
