Price Match Guarantee Policy

• The competitor must be a licensed and insured auto repair facility within 10 miles of the Stress-Free Auto Care location.
• The price match must include the relevant Year, Make, Model, and VIN, to ensure it is for the identical vehicle.
• The price match applies to identical services using comparable-quality parts (OEM or aftermarket equivalent). The part brand and part number(s) must be on the competitor estimate.
• The quote must offer at least a similar warranty as Stress-Free and have your specific vehicle listed on the estimate.
• The competitor's quote must be dated within the last 14 days and presented before the appointment.
• The quote must include all costs (labor, parts, shop fees, and taxes).
• Price match cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Stress-Free Auto Care reserves the right to decline a price match if the competitor's pricing is a limited-time promotion, clearance offer, or does not meet quality standards.

To request a Price Match, please provide a copy of the competitor's estimate before your appointment date via one of the options below.
