🎁 Olivia’s Spreading Holiday Cheer
Olivia was born near Stevens Creek in San Jose, close to one of Stress-Free’s first shops. She grew up watching her dad, Otto, put in long hours as a master technician, but her own path first led her into the airline, retail, and service industries.
Everywhere she worked, one thing stood out to her: people don’t just want a product, they want to feel cared for. Olivia brought that philosophy with her when she decided to join her dad in the family trade. What drew her to Stress-Free was their commitment to honesty, transparency, and putting the customer experience first.
Now, as a General Manager, Olivia is the face of organization and hospitality. She makes sure every appointment runs smoothly, every customer feels heard, and that “stress-free” isn’t just a name — it’s the way business is done.
Otto Getting You Road Trip Ready
Otto spent decades turning wrenches at Tires Unlimited, the very first shop Stress-Free acquired. At first, he was skeptical of all the new tech — digital inspections, online scheduling, and all of Olivia’s fancy systems.
But what won him over wasn’t the tools — it was the people. The way Stress-Free treats every customer with honesty, clear communication, and respect reminded Otto why he started fixing cars in the first place.
Now, with more than 30 years in the bay, Otto’s helping drivers get road-trip ready for the holidays. From oil changes to brake checks, he’s making sure every car that rolls out is ready for the miles — and memories — ahead.
