Meet Olivia. The Superhero GM!
Olivia was born near Stevens Creek in San Jose, close to one of Stress-Free’s first shops. She grew up watching her dad, Otto, put in long hours as a master technician, but her own path first led her into the airline, retail, and service industries.
Everywhere she worked, one thing stood out to her: people don’t just want a product, they want to feel cared for. Olivia brought that philosophy with her when she decided to join her dad in the family trade. What drew her to Stress-Free was their commitment to honesty, transparency, and putting the customer experience first.
Now, as a General Manager, Olivia is the face of organization and hospitality. She makes sure every appointment runs smoothly, every customer feels heard, and that “stress-free” isn’t just a name — it’s the way business is done.
Meet Otto. He’s Alive!
Otto spent decades turning wrenches at Tires Unlimited, the very first shop Stress-Free acquired. At first, he was skeptical of all the new technology. Digital vehicle inspections, modern shop systems, even Olivia’s fancy scheduling tools.
